ROSCOSMOS The Russian Space Agency launched a call for the design of the first spacecraft powered by nuclear energy to travel to Mars, the project should be ready by 2015 at a cost of 20 million Euros, which is very likely in Russia, where prices are well below those of NASA and with very similar results.
According to the Agency with this ship the travel time would be reduced 20 times in a trip that is 65 million miles.
